- Rates and room types are valid until 31st December 2024.
- Rates and room types over hotels demand periods are subject to availability.
- Rates are nett and non-commissionable.
- Rates are valid for both business and leisure travel.
- Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, per night and are inclusive of GST.
- Australian Hotel rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and New Zealand Hotels are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
- Rates are applicable for bookings of up to nine (9) rooms. Bookings greater that nine (9) rooms are subject to individual negotiation. For smaller hotels (less than 100 rooms) above rates are applicable for up to five (5) rooms.
- All incidental charges (car parking, breakfast rates, additional internet charges etc.) are subject to change without notice as these are determined by the Hotel.
- Surcharge applies for all credit card payment made for both individual and group bookings. 1.2% for Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards. For all New Zealand hotels, a 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply.
