The below only applies for employees that have received a DDH1 E-Gift Card (for YOS etc.) and that wish to redeem part or all of that Gift Card for products available through The Good Guys Commercial.
If you have not already done so, please click here and register for access to The Good Guys Commercial website.
Browse the Good Guys Commercial range of products and select the product (s) that you would like to purchase using your DDH1 E-Gift Card.
Email ddh1@employeebenefitsprogram.com.au with the following details:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The delivery address for the product(s) or, if collect, the postcode of your closest store
- The redemption code for your DDH1 Gift Card
- The $ Value of your DDH1 Gift Card
- The following details from the Good Guys Commercial website:
- The Product Name
- The Product SKU
- The $ amount for the product
- Repeat the above for additional products
We will obtain a quote from The Good Guys Commercial and forward to you for your approval.
On receipt of your approval, we will place an order for the product(s).
We will process your DDH1 Gift Card redemption and confirm the balance available to you.
Automated order confirmations will be generated and emailed to you Please ignore the Bpay Payment email unless there is a balance payable by you, in which case please make payment.
On receipt of your email, we will order the products(s) on your behalf.
